Hi everyone! My name is Abby Karich. I graduated from Los Alamitos High School in 2020 where was named CIF Player of the Year and MVP in 2018. I played club volleyball at Mizuno Long Beach.

I completed my undergrad at the University of where I earned my Bachelor’s in Strategic Communications and a minor in Psychology. I played beach and indoor at Utah for 3 years.

I am now completing my Masters in Sports Management at Cal State Long Beach. I am entering my senior year of eligibility on both the indoor and beach teams at Long Beach.

MINI SAND CAMP #5!!

8am-10am- Fundamentals

Three 30 minute stations including. Defensive systems will be introduced by Coach Abby, passing will be coached by Jaylen Jordan, and hitting/shooting will be taught by Livi Narancich.

10am-10:30am- Mental Training.

“The value of confidence” by Julia Hatch. Social media stars Julia Hatch and Lucy Clawson will be appearing to give their stories on facing school bullies and struggling with confidence.

10:30am-12pm- Compete!!

1.5 hours of competition drills. Such will include wash drills, queens, short court tournament, and mini games.

Private Lessons

$100/hour session. Includes hands on coaching with emphasis on technical development and understanding of the fundamentals. Recommended for beginners, breaking old habits, or learning new skills.

Semi-Privates

$75/person/hour. Buddy lessons are the perfect combination of detailed feedback and game-like reps. I recommend for partner development or setter/hitter connections. Make sure your buddy shares equal goals of development.

Group Trainings

$50/person/hour. Group trainings elevate your leadership and teamwork skills along with running rally-like drills that simulate game day emotions of pressure, frustration, excitement, and competitive spirit.
